I have smllish feet (size 7 womens) and am starting to find now that I am actually going somewhere that my feet will fall out of the straps when I get going or try to edge. This has lead to a couple of pretty impressive crashes as barefoot kitesurfing doesn't seam to work!!

I have slingshot adjustable footstraps and have made them as small as I can with the velcro can anyone suggest something else?

Will changing the position to wider and lower work? Or maybe narrower and higer?

Thanks

See if you can change wider and lower that should work, and tighten on the velcro as much as poss.
Keep fiddling with them when not on the water a great kite thing to do when you can't go kiting.

Hey snowman! As a chick also, I luckily don't have that problem seeing I have size 9/10 feet, but there are two solutions to your problem:-

1. Wear boots - They make ur feet more wide, will grip into the footstraps, and your feet will stick in there quite well! (I wear boots just for protection agains the rocks etc., and they don't come out lol!)

2. Liquid Force sell heel loops for only $25, which slips over the back of your heel and is supposed to keep you foot in there! They just attatch in there quite easily!

3. or just push ur feet forwards a lot lol!

All the best mate! Let me know how it goes, and what helps you Good winds!

A chock? Aah a chick! Go Kite Girls! I just went to narrower, worked for me, when you angle your feet you get wedged in. It's hard to tell if it fits on land though, take your screwdriver/allen key next time you kite and try both?

I had a similar problem with my old board. Small wandering feet. Then I picked up a LF board that had an adjustable interface (suction) kit. What a difference! My feet don't move around as much and the footpads are super comfy.
