Half the tricks in wakeboarding have been renamed, some of them are even renamed from skateboarding or snowboarding. He's not the first to do it and he won't be the last. You think every kiter comes from wakeboarding background or sits there studying wakeboarding tricks? Half the kiters have never even tried wakeboarding and wouldn't know a Pete Rose from a Crow Mobe. Grow up.

pretty sure half the wakeboarding tricks havent been renamed actually..... and if so name them. only a stupid person would copy tricks from another sport and change the name of it. (aaron hadlow even says "he was watching wakeboarding videos so decided to try this move" in the boschmobe clip)

p.s. if your doing "wakestyle" yes that is "wakeboarding style" while kiteboarding im pretty sure you should know what a pete rose or a crow mobe actually is, renaming it is just gay, and a good way to get your self hated by alot of ppl. how about a bit of respect for the people who actually invented the trick you are renaming, you wouldnt like it if someone renamed your trick.

Hey just remember that the spot is still developing, look at the tricks performed on the PKRA over the last four years. You had boardoffs, spins, to mobes, to KL handlepasses etc etc. The frigging sport is still so much in its infancy. Yes you do raleys in wakeboarding. but can you do a gayley wakeboarding? and the answer is NO. We are able to place the kite in different areas than the pure horizontal pull of a boat. This means that the tricks may not be the same, let the sport develop, let the guys have some fun and try to incorporate ideas from other sports in to kitesurfing to push the boundarys further. A lot of the names we use for tricks are combinations of other simpler tricks.

i never said he was crap, i said he was stupid. whats with kiteboarding anyway? do people want it to be gay? its like no one is interested in style in this sport, or keeping to the trick names like every other sport seems to do. i just dont understand how it can be so lame when it has so much potential.
