Hiya crew,

Just a friendly pointer to the new website for FreeStyle Revolution Online Magazine.

www.freestylerevolution.net.au

Check it out, please let us know what you think.

Also take a look at all the great businesses that make it possible, including the wonderful Seabreeze.com.au!

So how's everyone's riding lately? We've been getting a few killer seabreezes of late! Sunday's looking a charm for SE down south coast! Yeewwwww!

Good work guys but prob worth another proof read. There are a rew typos in there.

Funny how the RPM firstly gets a 8/10 and then gets a 9/10 but looks just like a switchblade

Fair call on the "Switchblade/RPM" error... fixed now guys. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the feedback!

Apologies for the photo quality, I can send you a 200mb file if you'd rather? It's designed to be accessible for everyone though.

Working on a better pdf writer, should hopefully help for next version.

Cheers,

Definatly better than KBM. I like the local focus and the diversity of the mag. Keep up the good work.

Better than KBM...really??
Geez its great to be encouraging, and its only the first edition, so it can only get better from here, but you guys have gone all fluffy on this. There isnt one top notch shot that id want to look at twice. The articles arnt bad though, good to see a honest review that isnt funded entirely by advertorial sponsorship.
Call me simple, but the main reason I buy a mag is for the photos. The difference between a professional publication and a medicore one in my opinion has alot to do with the photography. Have a look at Core Online Mag for a top shelf digital mag.

Hi,

Well done not a bad read.

You do realize that the 3 kite reviews were done by guy's who are in someway supported by the brands they reviewed.

Would be better to get all three of you to ride each kite and then give your version of what you think.

Keep it up we all need a different perspective.

Hi guys... cheers for the feedback.

As I mentioned "above", working on the photos issue. They're all actually high res, but in the 'shrink' they lose their sharpness in order to get them to a size that's easily downloadable. Hope to have this rectified in the next issue.

All three kites are ridden by all three riders before being reviewed too, nothing is written without being discussed previously by everyone. We want to be honest and give good information that will help people purchase for themselves. It's not about pushing something we're paid to push, money does not come into it. We're not really supported by the brands as such, merely the stores/businesses which sell them, so ultimately, it could have been any brand. We chose these three because, yes, they were close to home, but also, they represent a large portion of the market currently. A logical place to start. The business support is more about having a relationship that will allow us to bring you more reviews on a wider and varied range of products. Not just kiting.

Like I said, thanks for the feedback, it's all taken onboard, keep it coming. Glad you like it, for those who do, and for those who don't, thanks anyway. Nothing is for everyone.

Cheers muchly
