hi willl, cairns area is usually blessed with good winds at that time of the year. pack your 10 and 12. and enjoy! coat yourself in coconut oil and you'll be the brownest frog in francais in september.
but les kangerous is also dangerous, unless you have a baton and a good curry recipe! E.G. vindaloo skippy with rice, pappadums and a nice garlic naan......drop of red etc.
