What some designers will do to save face after being taken for patent breech. lol Bruno must be laughing. Production costs would have had to have gone up dramatically although the tips still look very much sonic "bow" in shape. Water relaunch (like the helix) should be quicker. Apart from marketing I can't see any other advantages... although, increased area over the centre point could improve lift...I still prefer the look of the Ultra flat bow designs for 2007/2008.

and just when you thought naish had cornered "the stupidest looking kite on the market award" up pops GK. LOL.

i thnk thats part of the problem, last years kites were too good, most of the manu's realise it and are now trying anything to make us part with our cash.

put a few wiggles in the leading edge, a centre strut from a kite 2 sizes bigger and hey presto, no patent problems...
