On Accomodation, I am currently dealing with the media release "follow-up" which means that the whole town now knows about the event. Gives me heaps more opportunity for swinging a deal for everyone.

It's going to be a big weekend......I'd love to know numbers of people DEFINATELY coming so I can keep us all together as much as possible in terms of accomodation and so I can have a rough idea what I'm up for in terms of the BBQ/Event Draw etc.

In answer to Rylands question about scoring...all your little tricks will score as well. We don't want to see one big assed move on one tack and another big assed move on the other and that's it, we want a bit of style, lots of tricks...makes it better for the spectators too.
