yeah that why i said that 2 litres was not too much, but it may make you bloated/need to piss too often if you are at work and not exercising.
Out of curiosity i looked it up and dying from excess water intake is called:
Hyponatremia
"People have assumed that it’s difficult or impossible to get too much of a good thing and that if you drink too much your kidneys will get rid of the excess water. That’s not necessarily true. On average, during rest the body can rid itself of 1 to 1 ½ litres of water in an hour through urination. If you drink more than that per hour, in excess of what you need, the body will retain water and begin to dilute body fluids."
so yeah 5 litre in an hour or 2 will **** your day up no doubt!

Maybe throw some swimming into your routine... it can't hurt to be a strong swimmer when you also kitesurf. Like cycling, it's no/low impact.

Hey gracefull, no amasingly the one thing where I am finally sorted is the abs, I guess the combination of kiting often and the crunches on the gym ball are working.

I use to strugle with sore abs after a long session (especially if jumping heaps) but I am pretty sweet now.

I guess I rest a fair bit with all the body dragging I do to recover my board
