Hello! Im just learning to kitesurf and would love to meet other women out there also starting out or already into the sport. My partner and I have been learning at Sandgate. Please let me know if there is anyone else out there also learning and looking to catch up while at the beach!
Happy Kiting!

Hi Lissy,
Yes there are a few in Brisbane. Some on the Southside @ Wellington Point and about 10 at Brighton but only about 3 regulars.

Hi Lizzy

Know it is nice to have other women to kite with, guys just don't quite kite the same way hey. We get a regular crew of ladies from Sandgate up here in Noosa, partly cause we have great spots for learning to kite (no crowds if you know the secret spots), but also because there a quite a few regular women kiters in the area of varying levels of kite skill. Great to have some moral support along the way. Send me a private email and I can see about putting you in contact with a few Sandgate female kiters.

Have Fun!
Always happy to help out with some moral support or free advice.
Cu Fiona

Come along and meet other girls on the day! Newbies or existing kiterchicks all welcome! Starkites will be on demo on the day - very suitable kite for chicks or light weight riders. The Sbow comes in 3m, 5m, 8m, 11m, & 13m.
