I’m moving to Gladstone early next year for work and was wandering what the options were around that area for waves? I worked their years ago but didn’t kite then, I know about the flat stuff at Boyne but was hopping maybe on some of the back beaches there were waves, or is it only once you get down around Agnes?

I wasn’t planning on living in town, I was hoping to be out at Tannum. How is the rent and house prices out that way? Work will put me up for a few months then we need to either buy or rent. I’m pretty lucky with my job I work from home so I can almost chose my own hours and get a car and that so I don’t mine travelling to get the good conditions. I goggled the area, Tannum is in behind a head land a bit, can you get out on those Southern beaches?

I'm a rep for a mining / process plant equipment supplier. How long you been over there for? I have only been in WA since 2006.
