Hi all,

I know there is a tonne of stuff on Gopro's already but I've done a search, but nothing popped up.

I want to attach my GoPro to my shortboard (both for surfing and kiting), and was wondering on peoples opinions. I was thinking the round white plastic thing on the front, and maybe install the FCS plug into the back near the leg rope plug.

Anyone have any hints/opinions on this?

Also, as a side note, has anyone tried attaching a safety line when you have the gopro on the front of the board? I have heard a few of have fallen off, and a string that connects to the leg rope would create drag/be annoying. Any ideas?

Tom

I have a surf mount on both my twinny and wave boards they are rock solid have had both out numerous times in 40 knots ,hammering the boards with no worries ,surf mount has a built in safty line, most guys that i know who have lost them have been using suction mounts ,they are hopless unless the water is butter flat.
