Hi All,
I am currently up in Airlie Beach havign travelled down from Cairns via Townsville and am looking for recommendations of good kiting spots as we continue on to Sydney for Christmas.
Any advice or local knowledge much appreciated

If you are capable of going in the surf there should be roughly 1,000 beaches on that stretch. Try the ones without a headland at the Northern end first.
