Good back up service - warranty issue

I had an issue trying to get warranty on a product and I expected to be let down.

The seller Steve at Kitepower just did not let up he kept on at the importer following up by phone and emails and finally after 2 months got a good result for me.

I have bought a couple of items online from Kitepower and found follow up and service excellent.

I would accuse you normally of pimping hardcore, but knowing a retailer that follows up on warranty jobs is a handy bit of advice when deciding who to buy your kite from.

Unfortunately I can't comment on good warranty back up

Still waiting for something to go wrong after two years

Steve cops a 'bit' of flack from time to time around the traps-he's vocal, opinionated and stands up for what he believes in, so he attracts some attention-BUT he's a man of his word and will go to bat for his customers-not crawling up his arZe-just backing up what warwickl stated.

Got to give props to Jon at the Brisbane Kitepower store as well for taking care of an issue I had, plus gave a discount and paid for postage.
