Just a quick shout out to Luke at Kite Action and Crazy Fly.

I recently had a problem with my 07 CF Proline board. And although it looked like it was a users mistake (which it wasn't) and not a prodution fault, Luke and Crazy Fly replaced the board. And not only did they replace it, but upgraded it to the sweet 08 limited edition.

I know a lot of lads out there, that are serious about kiting, have a repoire with their local store or dealer and hence get looked after. But Luke didn't know me nor did i buy the board through him. I bought it through my local dealer who moved to London.
I guess what surprised me the most was, these guys did this out of good will.
So thank you Luke and Crazy Fly. I'm really looking forward to trying my new board.
Which I'd have done by now if someone hadn't stolen my kite.

some shops do actually give good service.....some crazy shops don't.
