hi, anyone know if Kiting on Grahamstown Dan in NSW (inland from Nelson Bays) is allowed. I passed by the sailing club on the reservoir and it looked magic for a bit of action. Takes SW to NW. Any info appriciated. Additionally I'll be in that Nelson Bays area before Xmas if they fancy buddying up. Cheers Chris

yes it is allowed.. go read the big sign at the entrance it will explain the months it is open..and in winter when its closed.. well whos going to know.. but as float says it is crappy the water is super cold. its all mud and rocks.. very deep and if all goes pear shaped your getting out over rocks..birubi in the SW baggies in the NW although a bit dodgy... but two great flat water spots in the westerlies are wallace lake near forster and jimmys beach at tea gardens..
