Hi Everyone,

This is a quick post to say a sincere and heartfelt thank you to all the crew of Exmouth and to some of our new and old mates whom shouted us a great baked dinner for their kind and warm hospitality.

We had such a fantastic time with all the crew who turned up at our demo days and had a great time riding in perfect summery conditions. I don't think we rode in less than about 18 knots the whole trip. Cheers for the cold beers after the sessions Beer never tasted so good

Our last two days were riding in the National park at Mesa Bay (sweet flat water) and then the final day we went out in the boat to the Murions and managed to spear a 15 kilo Mackie before the wind stuffed it up.

We can't wait to come back again next year and will certainly look to spend a bit more time, and will also bring the family with us.

Cheers to the guys and girls who came down from Karratha, Onslow and up from Carnarvon.

Good winds,

Darren Marshall aka Kitehard.

I had a great time working in Perth while you were away Darren. It was raining with no wind which made it all the more enjoyable. Look forward to your report soon.

Hey Hosh,

See you down the beach for tomorrow. Gonna need to put on a wetsuit again aren't I So nice riding in a rashie and boardies!

Hey Ian,

I do have a couple of pics but they are on the wifes camera and I need to do some fancy work to retrieve the pics (Olympus card). I'll post em when I get a chance. Not that special. I was hoping for something in the 25+ Kilo range. Still a nice fish. Put up very little fight as I think the spear nicked the spine.

Hey Emma,

Thanks again, we'll definately put some more work into it and have a bigger presentation, more stuff to try, and be better prepared next year. It would be great to keep in touch and plan something big. Lets make it happen!

The boys were just gagging to get at those piccies you took so it would be really appreciated. I'm sure Mikey will hunt you down. He arrived back in Perth Thursday night after 26 hours of travelling home just to sleep in his bed for 7 hours and get into his folks car and drive back up again the following morning at 5.30am OMFG!

Have a great summer & all the best,

The wind has just kept blowing up here Darren, today was our best day yet. I was fully lit on the 7 and waiting for Cristiana 2 come off the water so i could use her 5. But by the time she came in (with a grin from ear to ear)i was all kited out. Kited 6 days out of 6 so far.
Poor Mikey i had told him he could camp out with us for a day or so but we were never back at camp until dark and didnt know how to contact him but im sure he will forget about the drive as soon as he gets back up here and amongst it again .
