Ordered a bridle upgrade from griffin online 9 months ago. No bridle even after multiple phone calls and texts. Does anyone know if Chris is still the griffin man in Aus?

Back in Feb this year I ordered a new 14m LE TRX bladder off the website and then had to do a lot of chasing to find out what was happening with the order.
Eventually I got a response from Alex ( [email protected] ). He tried to be helpful but they actually did not have the bladder I ordered. Alex at least responded to emails and helped get me a refund.

Disappointingly the same bladder is still available to order on the website which will no doubt cause the next person to order some grief.

Anyway hope you get your bridle.
