Back in Feb this year I ordered a new 14m LE TRX bladder off the website and then had to do a lot of chasing to find out what was happening with the order.
Eventually I got a response from Alex ( support@griffinkites.com.au ). He tried to be helpful but they actually did not have the bladder I ordered. Alex at least responded to emails and helped get me a refund.
Disappointingly the same bladder is still available to order on the website which will no doubt cause the next person to order some grief.
Anyway hope you get your bridle.

give the sail doctor a call he might be able to match your old set and do some new ones
