This is one of my favourite high speed turns especially on flat water. For me it all came together with the kite. Come into the turn edging hard heel side with your kite low. Then crank the kite to make it go the opposite direction - as you feel the pull, crank the turn onto your toeside. If you have enough speed you can ride away toeside, if not switch 180 back to heelside.
this is the way.. you will be surprised how easy it is.. but the key,quay,kee

is to keep the kite low or it will pull you up and out of the water ..
