Banks do have to abide by a little thing called the privacy act, but sometimes when a situation is explained they let little tid bits of information *slip* in fact I had to call them twice, the first operator you might say 'heavily implied' the money was there on Friday, the second time I called flat out told me yes it was there.

I'm sorry to warm you up over this, I just felt like spilling the beans on some kite buy and sell related events. i never meant any harm.

Sounds like a convenient problem in communication for the seller as he was offered more. I actually think that it’s illegal to pull out of a sale once as a verbal/email contract was set! Got to hate it when that happens to you as a buyer!
