To the half dozen people who know me well enough to know I've been off the water all season (especially the 1 or 2 who actually give a ****), the surgeon reckons the rehab is coming along nicely and I should be good to get out again by the end of the year as long as I keep up the regular gym work between now and then, and take it easy at first. He also said there's a 50% chance it won't come out again, but if it does he'll definitely bolt it together regardless.
If you see a stray kite blowing downwind next season with a soggy arm still gripping the bar , be a good lad or lass and try to find the rest of me, and send it and me to Murdoch ER (unless the bity fish get to it first). They have a file on me there.
This means the Nova is off the market too. Despite all the generous offers I've received for it , I'm going to keep it for myself now.
Great news Clinton! That means you'll be ready for the start of a fresh, new season, what more could you want (apart from having enjoyed the season just ending, but maybe just wipe this one from your memory...) See you out there, Jess
This is seriously disturbing news Clinton. Who else is going to have the patience and interest to stand out in the water taking photographs of everyone doing cool moves. This means we've got to find another Kitesurf photographer.
Still it will be good to see you out on the water buddy. It will be someone else's turn to start taking happy snaps of you now. Graeme
