i would put a couple of massive fkn great big fans out off leighton, with full climate control so we have a steady 25-30 knots all year round. There would also be a "kite in" bar near these fans (still have to think that one through), and no grandmas or do gooders on the beach, which i would also own. I would put a massive pad right on the beach, called Kitehaven, and there will be lovely ladies serving ice cold ones and packing/prepping your kite equipment 24/7. Kitehaven and its services are free of charge for all kiters. Sweet huh?
