hey i was looking at going to Tanum sands for the coconet classic at easter and had a couple of questions where to kite where to stay. what size kites should i bring. what locals should i avoid any other sneaky local stuff would be good. thanx
yo at tannum everyone kites at the main beach just to the right near the creek, or on the other side of the creek. umm theres a caravan park like 20 seconds down the road, and theres a hotel/motel at the pub. or just up the road from the beach theres the motel too. usually around coconet time u should definatly bring ur bigger kites and ur normal one. and for avoiding locals dont worry bout it everyone heres cool, everyone gets along are a really friendly bunch. and for sneaky local stuff, best tip is to stay away from canoe point lol u will meet barney rubble, and barny rubble will slay you. (barney rubble is oyster rocks on the point) GEE IT UP coconet 07!! be bigger and better than last year!!!
