Intensive Training Escape 10th till 12th November

Cross Shore Kiteboarding are holding an INtensive Training Escape weekend from the 10th till 12th of November 2006 at Tiona on the Wallis Lakes near Forster.

The weekend has three aims
1. For those kiteboarders who can already water reluanch their kite and stand up on a board are having trouble progressing to water starting easily ever time, staying up wind, carrying out smooth transitions and would like to increase their skills to carry out their first sucessfull jumps and landings.
2. Learn more about general kiteboarding, locations and safety.
3. Socialise and meet others who share the same passion for fun and sport.

He's talking Forster, about 200 km's past Sydney. You might be thinking of Foster, which is a couple of hours from Melbourne.

Tiona (near Forster) is about 3.5 hours north of Sydney or 1.5 hours north of Newcastle Air Port. IF anybody would like to Fly into Newcastle or Port Macquarie Air Ports then we can arrange for pick up.

Qantas Link, Jetstar and Virgin are the common airlines.

Check with us for pick up times before you make your booking.

We still have 4 training places left for this weekend and spare beds in the beach house for those who just want to come along and ride.

The winds are looking great and the sky is clearing with the latest forecast.

Saturday: N/NW 10/15 knots tending N/NE 20/25 knots in the afternoon. Outlook Sunday: NW/NE 20/25 knots.

Take it on the road Glen sounds like a cool concept. Maybe broaden the skill level slightly to include more potential aplicants.
