A huge big thank you to the kiters at Inverloch (not sure if that's how its spelt) who helped me out after a botched kiteloop. Actually the loop was alright but the landing saw one broken ankle and torn ligaments. To the guy who landed my kite and retrieved my board, Thanks! To the guy that dragged me up the beach, Thanks! Now being in considerable pain it starting hailing, the hail stones as big as marbles, so big they actually dented a mates car. There were that many people shielding me from the hail with boards, kites, umbrellas that I couldn't count. These people who I had never met before helped me whilst they got huge welts from the hail. I'm tipping their heads would be a bit sore as well! The wind gusts actually destroyed umbrellas and sent sanded kites flying. As I said I don't know any names excpet Jen from Zepher watersports (hope you can pass this on) who called the ambulance and let me lay in her van while all hell broke loose with the weather. None of these people were thinking of themselves. All those involved I owe you big time and when I finally get back on the water I'll come back down to say hi. Finally thanks to two mates BP and calamity, without you two I would have been really up the creek. Thanks, Scott.

Great spot, really nice vibe, weather can turn really nasty at the drop of a hat when the fronts come through though. It was great there last Easter.

Get well soon windburn.
