What is going on.....I'm so disappointed in all these C fanatics finding good things about "flat" kites, or are they "bow" kites....WTF. Come on, these new kites are only for old farts and gay people.

Bring on the some new C kites, or have they become extinct? Who cares, wind please.

yeah,"extinct" just about sums it up!

But they arn't extinct as long as they are being flown.

No use being bitter about it.you will be the loser.

Alot of new C-kites will be still around they certainly would get rid of them. Theyll always suit anyone wanting to go unhooked. Alot of the new C kites for 2007 are sweeping the tips back and making them more curved. It wouldn't suprise me if the new SS fuel for 07 is like this.
I think what is revolting 'some people' is the '100% depower setup' These days there are C-kite rigged up with the 100% depower and flat or (flatish) kites that can be rigged 5 line. I guess it really is a flat kite mare for the moment.

But I reckon bow kites will allow more girls to get into kiting.
And that's a good thing, right ?
Only a fag would object to more girls kitesurfing.

No throff dude.
Just tried the best latest 2007 propular kite, its built to fly with a bridles and pullies arrangement. Seems important for the kite.
Its receiving truely rave reviews.

Not going to mention names.Wouldnt be fair and be a true Kaant of a ting to do.
I flew it for 5 mins and it inverted in flight many times.
Really like a crazed blow fly to control. Nervous as.
Not for me
But maybe its for you. if your a bit lighter, have lighter wind and dont edge your board much.

. Never really liked how they flew. Surely the new C's will be nice, or the new bows will not be ****ed up, i hope.

I think I got the first commercial bow with Reli last July. In to frothing and hybrids now.....

So when are you moving to the wind capital?

I reckon flat kites are great.
Theres even a flat kite that isnt a flat kite now, and another flat kite that is either a bridled kite or a 5th Line.
It seems like flat kites are becomming more and more like c kites.

I wonder if the evolution of flat kites will mean they turn c shape.
