I was told when I subscribed a few months back that my first issue would be delivered in August.

some shops, i cant find a copy yet..but hell im down in Melb, so next week.

I thought it was every 3 months Surely someone in the know can clarify

when do subscribers get it ?? any ideas ??

hmmm definetly my last subscription with kbm, unless they try a bit harder. Feels like the gap between each issue is getting longer and the mag is getting thinner, not to mention the vacancy of a dvd in the last issue. Havnt got my mag yet.

I got mine...at the newsagent. I wanted to subscribe as Ben Wilson's new movie The Unknown Road comes with the November issue if you subscribe, however after seeing all the complaints I may not bother as you only save a dollar off each copy any way. Will the movie come with the November isssue at the newsagents? What is the story KBM ???

OK guys, Here we go.
Sorry for the delay, i've just got back from Bowen for the Coconet Classic and had no idea that the subscriptions hadn't gone out. They have now (Yesterday arvo) so you can expect it right away and dont need to go and buy it or anything. Apparantly the people who wrap and adress them failed to send them through to us as usual, hence the delay. I know it's not good enough and we will definitely be making sure it doesnt happen again. The whole point of subscribing is to get the mag easier along with the other benifits. So... Anyone who is feeling let down (fair enough) send me through an email to [email protected] and i will have your subscription extended an extra issue. You will see the mag in the very short future and if you dont please email me and i will have another one sent out.

Next issue will definitely still come with 'The Unknown Road' but ONLY to subscribers.

Once again, sorry about the mess. I'm as upset with the situation as anyone and am already making moves to ensure that it never happens again.

Next issue is shaping up as the biggest and best ever with reviews on all the manufcturers latest kites along with all the usuals as well as 'The Unknown Road' for the subscribers.

Blaster I'll PM you now as well and get you another t-shirt in the mail.

ha ha,grabbed the last copy from Pete at the Noosa Juction news agency last Saturday,he reckons they sold like hot cakes,just shows how popular the KBM rag is.....good to see the interview print with P.Cab and some seabreeze forum regulars questions answered....all good....yea I'll subscibe,just to get a copy of the Ben Wilson DVD FREE.....bribery will get me every time!

Cool thanks for the reply Bill. I just want to say one thing..not being rude or anything to anyone. I don't think Seabreeze is the place to be complaining about any problems with Kiteboarder Magazine. If you have any problems contact Kiteboarder Magazine itself. The reason I posted was to simply find out when the next issue was arriving..I will say again I am not being rude or disrespectful to anyone in particular. If you arent happy with the service Kiteboarder Magazine provide then do not buy the magazine..its quite simple when you think about it. Also with the missing DVD last issue there was an article in the magazine explaining the absence...

no offense to KBM, but i gave up my subscription for this very reason, the mag ALWAYS comes out in stores weeks before it arrived in my mailbox. I live in the city, not the country. I put up with it for 2 years, and wont re subscribe because of it.

Not meaning to cause problems, just putting it here for some feedback, perhaps they will address it and keep future subscribers happy.
