Hello guys,
to make it easy for all I reply to the questions....
For your info September is toward the end of the windy season!! you may get 30% of days in the all month of days that are kiteable (light wind).
I'm not involve directly in the school anymore, I only manage the web site and the store.
Bali Kitesurfing School is now fully owned and managed by the local Balinese Kitesurfing Team!
They are the best and will always great you with a smile, please support them.
They are located in Sanur about 30 minutes from Kuta/Seminyak and 45 minutes from Nusa Dua.
You can find all the details and price for the school and rental at the school page:
www.bali-kitesurfing.org/kiteschool.htmlThe instructors are on the beach any day there is wind. Wind in Sanur in September is mostly 11-13 knots. Please also note that wind here is not that consistent (less powerful then you are use too) I get this allot from visitors! They complain that with the same wind at home they will be fully powered and here they are struggling.
This time of the year if you are not afraid of waves, nasty shore break, lava rocks and sketchy launching you may try to come to the West coast where a thermal some time kick in in the afternoon, more info in the web site.
Looking forward to meet you in the beach.
Bye Jankie
