Jimmy's is also butter flat on a NE, it is offshore but if there are not to many people with boats you can sail close to the edge, if anything goes wrong there is plenty of time to get your self out of trouble, except a very high tide as you can't stand up in alot of places.
Try doing a downwinder in a NE in the waves from the little gibber, go past the surf club, walk the kite 200 meters across the beach along the 4wd track to jimmy's, kite the flat for a while in the arvo, then kite about half way down the beach towards the carpark, land kite, packup and walk the remaining 300meters back to Jimmys beach caravan park.
You will be buggered but the next day you'll want to do it all again. 21ks without spending an 1hr or so in the flat stuff.
