Put a post on ningaloo.kitesurfers fb theres a chap I met called ## that lives there and goes to sandy bay exxy for it...so guess its not much good there? Talk to him

I lived Karratha for a few years and miss the kiting there. Palm Beach at Dampier is a good spot in the summer.
