For any readers who have young'uns, you may like to take them down to Sir James Mitchell Park (Coode St) South Perth next Sunday from 12-4. It's the annual Kite Day organised by the Early Childhood Intervention Association. It's run the by parents of unlucky kids and it's free. Hot dogs and cold drinks available. Bring your kids' kites or buy a cheapy there.
