Does anybody know of a sail makers in the Melbourne metro area who can repair kites? Its only a small tear on the fabric next to one of the struts but I want to get it sorted before it gets worse.

Look up Thompson Sails, they do kite repair

Yep, I have had a few kites repaired at Thompson Sails and have been very happy with their work.
