Hey all, I've just moved to Yeppoon, I'm an avid kiter of 3+ years and looking for some mates to shred the bay with! Tried to contact the local shop without success.
Did you know Yeppoon has one of the best flatwater spots in OZ befor you moved here? Your going to have a ball.

Yessss, these are the responses I was hoping for. No, I didn't know Yeppoon was so epic and flat but after watching it blow 15+ over the bay steady for the past month I'm convinced. My Wife can resume her role as kite widow once again!

Had a quick visit to Yeppoon before Christmas. Didn't get to Sandy point I think it's called, but had a couple of nice sessions all to myself at the Causeway, was like kiting on glass.
