Phil runs WA Surf out of the bottom of the safety bay yacht club, as mentioned by Manny. Phils no is 0427 927 873. I had lessons with Chris, one of his instructors. He had me up on a board on my 3rd lesson, which was my first lesson with the board. Not sure what other instructors are like, but Chris did a great job.
