Hi,
Can anyone please suggest a quality kite repairer in Victoria (Melbourne preferably). I have had some work done before by "professionals" that has been anything but.

Sparrow in Torquay is your man. I have seen first hand his repair jobs and they are first-class.
He is currently repairing a kite for me.
