Next season Im going to move from a TT to a SB was wondering how that impacts your kite size choices. I currently use a 9 and 11 rebel and that covers me from about 15-35. Was thinking given the increased bouyancy I should be able to drop to an 8 and 10?

just buy a 7m and still be covered from 15 to 35...
then buy a 15m...
then buy a 5m... and you will be covered from 10 to 45

but seriously - if nothing is wrong with your 9 and 11, just get the 7m and reassess when/how you pick your kites to ride comfortably on the surfboard. always good to have the bigger sizes up your sleeve just in case you feel like going for a boost too.
enjoy.

my TT 36x47 cm Epic Oxyen board works better than my 5.11 north whip surfboard on 9 knots using a 12 meter NRG kites with 27 meter lines.

Keep the 9/11 combo for qld.

I spent prob 80% of the season on my 9 on a 5'6" surfboard & the rest on my 11 bandit. Welcome to the dark side

Good news, the 9 is my preferred size out of the two. Thanks for the input chaps.
