Hi guys and gals. Just want to post that I had a kite stolen from the back of my work ute today at the Spot in Two Rocks at between 4.30 and 5.30pm. The kite was a 07 red and white F1 Tribal 11m. The two guys who took it forced open the back canope window and did the deed. They were of Brazilian appearance, both stocky with short black crew cut or close cropped hair and had lots of Tatoos on the upper body on both men. They may be heading north towards Kitestock or Lano. They are driving a white Mitsubishi or similar ute with a fiberglass canope. Can everyone pass on the word to look out for these guys if they know anyone going to kitestock. I don't expect anyone to corner these guys but it would be good to let as many people know up that way and here in Perth to be on their guard and watch their gear. The description comes from a couple of kiters who were on the beach and saw them in the carpark. Apparently they were shouting things at the kiters out in the water as they did their manouvers in the water.
I found beer bottles by the side of my ute when I got out so they may have a lot of alcohol courage.
Thanks all
Hope you are all enjoying the great winds on offer.
Regards

Marty

That sucks dude.

Theres always dickheads drinking piss down there and leaving their bottles scattered around, i nearly put my foot through a piece of glass coming up the path back to the car park.

Me and a friend also had to stop and put out a fire in the bush on the side of the track as someone had lobbed a bottle in there or something. We were chucking sand all over and managed to get the flames to stop/start as it was starting to spread........... then the fire guy arrived so it looked like someone had warned them already.

I wish there was a way to rid the world of these low life, wan#ers. It really annoys me when you work hard to pay ya bills, buy ya toys ect and then some dole bludging drug addict type, dont give a f#ck about anyone else tosser rips you off.
aaaarrrrrrraaaaahhhhhhhhhhh

sorry,I will stop winging now

They can find enough money for beer, drugs, tattos ect but not enough to live a normal life and say their hard done by.I do sme work with some of these people and get sick of hearing about it.

I had my tyres slashed by local windsurfers when I dared to visit the spot. I was windsurfing then too. Hate to think how they'd treat kiters (or their kites) there.

I haven't seen windsurfers up here for quite a few years now so we don't seem to have these problems at the mo.
It is becoming a bigger problem now BMan when you talk about the bottles on the sand. I run my 2 Blue Healers here every day and I am always picking up bottles from the beach. It's particularly bad around the holiday season and fishing season. I think this is a problem all over the place whether it is here in WA or over East. One of the pitfalls of human nature I guess.
Mind you I have learnt a valuable lesson. I have become complacent over the years because theft from cars in the car park here is not a common occurance but now the local surf/kite community know about it all will be more vigilant in the future.
Karma as you said bennie, will play it's part one day.

SCUM SCUM SCUM![}:)] Really makes my blood boil.
Years ago when I was younger I did buy stolen goods from scum. Just didn`t think about it. Now I would never! Cause I know what it`s like to have stuff stolen.
Yes I hope karma gets the better of them, or as I call it "A good thumping".

H2flow, no good dude...! Karma will catch them in the end. Will keep a look out...

Another kiter bitten by the curse of the spot, last summer I came back to my car after a nice session to find every tyre at about 5psi. Seams the surfers get board watching us rip it up...!

The water is for all to play in, why can't we all just exist together...?
