Hey Guys,
I am rejuvenating an old surfboard into hopefully a lightwind machine but have some questions.
1. The bottom deck is pressure dinged and sunken in some spots so I am considering either to put a single into double concave about the width of the side fins to flatten out the rocker and also so channel the water into a high pressure just under the fin section. What do you guys think?
2. I want to put a 5 fin option, either go thruster, quad or 5 fin but I need dimensions, anybody got?
3. If I go thruster, what is the best tow in angle and fin angle?
PS. I am so pissed off about the Exmouth trip, sounds so cool maybe next year!

For a lightwind machine it's better to put a single concave 3 inches from the fins and carve out rocker from where (make it flat) the nose rocker begins, for a kiteboard, you can make an asymetrical concave ( more on heelside than toeside) for maximum efficiency. Remember, more than 3mm of concave gives you better lowend but adds bounce in chop. It's a fine line. Hope it helps in consideration...
