How can they possibly keep using the term "windsurfing" as an ajective after refering to the sport as kiteboarding continuously through the entire article.
I'm terrible at english so i might be wrong,,,,,,,but you get my point. Gerr and its raining outside while im on holidays

with bruno being paid 12 euros per kite, how long will it take before all euros are living with him in the dominican republic as slaves and leave our beaches alone!

i wonder if he also wants to be paid in japs!

Good post. Doesn't sound like he didn't really made that much out of having the patent, ok he's worth a few million. Who really cleaned up financially out of the sport?
Peter Cabrinha? or Mr Naish? anyone else?

I wonder what the new technology is Bruno has come up with.

Maybe that 12 euros a kite just isn't paying for the legal fees anymore.

Didn't Bruno already sell out?

To a company called "Diamond White"

They are a company that specializes in buying patents, and then suing anyone that breaches the rights .

Also sounds a bit un business like to admit that you are selling a patent because it is doomed because too many people are finding a way round it !

Anyhow....to Bruno....for inventing the Bow kite (and the original C kite )...Thank you, thank you !

``You get a feeling of absolute freedom,'' said Maximin Thevoux, a one-time windsurfing instructor who now teaches kiteboarding near Bonifacio, Corsica. ``When you take a jump, you feel light, hanging in the air, with no sense of gravity.''

I couldn't agree more!!!!

Have you read this thread? It puts a damper on Bruno "inventing the Bow kite" and is worth a read.....
