Not sure about that one but I can tell you Kite Flix has hundreds of clips of varying lengths, all sorts of different stuff, and they are pretty quick to load and view.
www.kiteforumtv.com has a lot of vids just put up and is set up so anyone can post there vids there. It has just been put up by the creater of kiteforum which is the one of if not the biggest kiteforum. Cool thing is I can get to kiteforumtv at work while kiteforum.com is blocked
