I first heard about this show a few weeks ago after the kids from work told me that they saw 'Kitersurfers' on TV, and they knew I kited... The show, from what I understand is called 'Blue Water High' and informed excitedly by the children that it's about a young girl who surf's and another who is a young champian kitesurfer... I have watched the show a few times with the after school care children, and they loved it! http://abc.net.au/rollercoaster/bluewaterhigh/

This is a children's show that is specifically on ABC kids on Wednesday afternoons, and which is for children entertainment, learning and encouragement in sporting activities.

.. because dare I mention that everyone started kitesurfing somewhere, and we all have gone and are still going through learning curves all the time! This is a children's show mate! Not intended for adults to be watching and that need to include high end deadmen's, kite-loops and S-bends! Kid's are rapt to just see them going backwards and forwards and a few jumps and 180's... Chill mate... If it was intended for an adult, it wouldn't be on ABC Kids mate! lol .... We need wind obviously mate!

The only thing I know about television and kites is that they film on schedule, no matter what the wind is doing, so I would imagine that whoever did the kiting on the program was probably grovelling about in 5-30kts offshore and chop. Didn't see it though....

im sorry to come accross as negative, i just meant to say that they werent doing good tricks, i was pretty impressed wih the coverage tho good promo.

When is that kite show thing on in Adelaide 31 TV? its all happening :) kite all day come home and watch kiteboarding all nite :)

I am sure it was Andy Regan doing a few raleys and boosting off kickers on the way out. A good promo to catch next generation of kiters. Sun ,chics , wind and waves no wonder I love it!!!
