Same thing happened to me at easter on a solo 20km downwinder at coral bay, but when that first fin broke the water, my little A%^&hole was tightly puckered let me tell ya!!

I had a session a few months back at a wave location not that far from Perth, there were two kiters and a handful of surfers out at the peak when I got there so I kept my distance and gave the surfers room for a while.
I hadn't been there long though when they all went in, I couldn't believe I had the place to myself for the first time ever and was having a great time in some good waves.
Next thing I know I was sharing the waves with a pod of dophins, it was a magical experience, at times they were surfing the same wave as me and jumping on either side.
It made me wonder how aware they were and if there was any chance of them hitting me, but they seemed to know what was happening and be enjoying it too.
It was a fantastic day right up until I snapped my board on what I had already decided before I caught it, would be my last wave, but that didn't stop me from driving home with a big grin on my face.
