Hey just after some advice on the best way (cost effective & safest) to get kites posted/couriered interstate (Melbourne to Geraldton)?? Have a good one
Easy, go to local post office with your kite in a box, (the smaller the better). I sent one that I sold and it was under $20.00 registered post, which included insurance.

I understand the better way is too NOT box it but wrap it in other material (garbage bags etc.) and ship as it's cheaper as the PO can't get the dimensions and charge you according to their set scales for dimensions etc.?
Cheers for the heads up Seafever. Poor bastard and it was only for $350, mines a TAD more expensive and from a Euro going back OS, imagine the headache there. Time for plan B .
