Just arrived in Perth from Sydney to get some wind and do some kitesurfing. Only a beginner but very keen to improve.

Ed,
If you head down to Lucky Bay on the river, or Pinnaroo Point just North of Hillary's Boat Harbour, or to Woodman Point South of Freo you'll meet heaps of other beginners and helping hands. Enjoy your stay.

yeah i reckon head on down to woodmans point sth of freo, or down to melville waters, plenty of beginners there who are keen and willing to improve

same with myself, my first summer kiting, so should see ya down there

Woodys, Safety Bay, Pelican Point are all real good places to get some advice and chat to other Kiters of all levels.

im completely new in the scene but keen to learn it, looking for someone whos interested in taking a course, as well as someone who could show me how to do it, i dont have my own gear yet :/
southport, surfers paradise, burleigh heads, currumbin beach down to tweed heads would be great.
