I am going to Jamaica next week for a Muay Thai tournament and wanted to know if anyone has any information on kitesurfing there- I will be taking a 10 and 13 m kite but would like to leave the board at home to save space (Paul Menta has a school there that says it hires boards).

Has anyone kited in Jamaica in June/July??

....and yes I have searched for this topic but can't find anything relevant...

Hey Dj will let you know how i get on..hopefully it will be windy...

Speaking of Windfinder...have you seen Windfox? it is the windfinder add on for firefox browser- it has wind alerts and a constant feed to the edge of the browser window.

I have it set to montego bay jamaica to see what the wind is doing there each time i am on the net..haven't heard an alarm set off yet but here's hoping .
