Does anyone know if there are any more kite comps scheduled for this year? West coast or east coast? Any info would be appreciated. Cheers.

im pretty sure theres one happening in Cairns mid year - dont have any further info though...

This calendar year, yes there will be comps. This summer....not on the West side.

Speaking of comps I heard that some people where paying the judges to secure good positions

I heard someone headbutted the head judge and gave him loose teeth because they weren't happy the way their heat was judged. I think it was one of the final rounds.

I heard that aliens have replaced the judges with their own robot clones in a cunning plan to win all the kitesurfing competitions with human/alien crossbreeds...
