Isn't that pretty much the same thing that happened in the water bomb episode from the first season? accidental blood nose for Nelson?
Simpsons is really going down hill...
But on a positive not- Strapless, thats legit!

In other news, how come the kite tail is pointing upwind as he goes pass the students?
