Egypt has quite a few great spots on the Red Sea. I went to Hurgarda a few years back before the recent political trouble. This place was pretty good as the reseort adjacent was good and night life wasnt too far away : www.colonawatersports.com/hurghada/hurghada.html
But there are others even better for kiting but offer less non-kiting options.

Theres a great pond set up at the end of town in Dahab, can get pretty busy though. Further South theres some nice little flatish water bays. Can be a little tricky self landing and launching as its pretty rocky. I ended up having to put my chicken loop around an old stake in the ground.

Great little spots around the place enjoy!

RPM, I'm not sure but I think James Hodge has moved his outfit to Oman. Which is also a good place to kite, particularly the south coasut between June to Sept. I think he is based in Muscat which is the capital and has wind at ramdom periods.
