Hi there,
My wife and I had our kite surfing course and now want to learn doing it properly - preferably in the next two weeks in a warm location with appropriate winds and manageable temperatures and humidity before school holidays are over and kids back at school/uni. Does anyone have any suggestions? All the tours I can find seem to be targeted at intermediate to advanced kite boarders - not for beginners.
Daughter is 16, son is 18, the rest of the relevant family is closer to 50 than 40 :)
Any suggestions which won't completely blow the family budget? Or is this a bad time of the year with rainy season everywhere nice and affordable and we are better off delaying?
:)

Hi guys,
Best to delay your holiday if you haven't already. Winds around Oz are usually best in winter or summer, not so reliable in between.
We offer full beginner packages including free gear hire on the Cocos Islands from July starting in the School holidays. www.zephyrkitetours.com

I did a Cocos trip with Zephyr last year, along with a bunch of mates. Two of the girls who came with us had never flown a kite before, not even a trainer. They were both kiting upwind by the end of our 10 day package. Perfect place for them to learn.

Cocos! Best 10 days you'll ever have. Give Jen from Zephyr a call.
