Leighton today, initially for about an hour after i arrived no one on the beach, no one on the water.
Me my kite, my thoughts
Pure freedom. Pure self expression.
A phenominal kite.

Kiting alone is crap for me, I waited in the car park for like 40 minutes today at woodies for some of the crew to rock up. Otherwise I just get bored and have no motivation to go for moves. Mates are essential to kiting IMO.

Solo sess for hours in 18knots.
Chilly water, crisp blue sky, and tiny two foot lefthand peelers reeling down-the-line for 50 metres.
Blissed-out.

1 person in the water, 100% chance of getting eaten by a shark.
2 people in the water, 50% chance of getting eaten by a shark.

As simple as that.

See how I used his name "tom" would that not allude to the fact that i know him personally and possibly that it was a piece of friendly banter.

kiting at woodmans point offshore side.

10 people out still 100% chance of getting eaten by a shark.

Dodgiest place to kite, im never going to kite there. Almost died the one time i went out. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also if you want to look at it from a safety perspective, woodies offshore is not exactly where you would want to kite alone not that that worries me. In fact I lie ere was 3 or 4 people already there I waited to scabs someones kite when they finally showed their face. Its much better riding with mates though.
