Up here for a few days and a few of the fisherman are playing silly buggers by the look of it. Making it hard to get a good idea of what's going on???

Laurie, any ideas??

Yeh the offshore meter has been playing up for the last week or so

EDIT:
The offshore meter has been blown to bits and has now gone on strike

Yeah it keeps throwing up at least one random spike every afternoon, as high as 65 knots. It's been doing it for weeks that I have noticed (probably longer). It's not a problem with Seabreeze as Laurie's raw data comes from the Geraldton Port Authority offshore anemometer and the GPA website is also throwing up the same random 60 knot spikes.

That's right, check the Gero offshore chart in sea breeze, completely blank. Windless. But some idiot painted the ocean all white last night?
