Winter here in the middel east is hit and miss. Lots of sw winds through out winter with se winds here and there. Winter you can kite every second day for a month,,,or not kite at all for a month
You said you wanted to meet some cool people? Best you drive south of the boarder and meet up with Sir Rowdey,,,he is cool,,just ask him, But only if your into roller blading and lycra.
